Every shucker includes a free pair of cut-resistant glove, oyster finishing knife, and food grade lubrication.

 

  • The cut-resistant gloves are rated to A6 – Cut, 6 – Abrasion, and 5 – Puncture.
  • The oyster knife is provided for the finishing and separation of the oyster from the shell.

  • The food grade lubrication improves shaft, sleeve and  handle retaining pin operation after continual use. It is odorless and tasteless if inadvertently comes in contact with food.
