Oyster Shucker

The commercial-grade Sea Dog Shucker was made from all stainless-steel parts to help add strength and last longer in a commercial environment.

The specially designed spike breaks the oyster at its hinge without damaging the meat or losing liquid.

The ergonomic handle with foam grip allows the user to apply maximum pressure on the hinge of the oyster with minimal effort.

The strong molded body provides stability and strength where it is needed the most.

The commercial-grade HD polyethylene base lasts longer and easier to clean than any other type of product.

The grooved base plate allows for easy alignment with a non-slip surface.

Every shucker includes a free pair of cut-resistant glove, oyster finishing knife, and food grade lubrication.

The cut-resistant gloves are rated to A6 – Cut, 6 – Abrasion, and 5 – Puncture.
The oyster knife is provided for the finishing and separation of the oyster from the shell.
The food grade lubrication improves shaft, sleeve and handle retaining pin operation after continual use. It is odorless and tasteless if inadvertently comes in contact with food.
